Go up market and visit the great houses of Sandringham, Holkham, Houghton and Blickling (Anne Bolyn`s birthplace), all with wonderful gardens; and of course the Historic city of Norwich itself with the ancient wall and the magnificent cathedral. No trip to Norfolk would be complete without the Norfolk broads, which are unique in their construction and use. Today you can take a boat trip and go back in time meandering through the reed beds and waterways from Broad to Broad, stopping on the way for some sustenance. |

| 1. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable at the time of reserving the cottages. |
| 2. The remainder of the Fee to be paid one month prior to arrival. |
| 3. During the 6 week period prior to the booking, if the cottage is cancelled then the full fee will be due. |
| 4. All guests are politely asked to arrive after 2pm on the day of arrival and depart before 11am on the day of departure, unless alternative arrangements are made with the management. |
